Social and emotional learning (SEL) is the key to healthy development. It is how children learn to manage and understand their emotions, show empathy towards others, cultivate positive relationships, set goals, and make responsible decisions. The Play, Say & Practice Curriculum applies the five core competencies: self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship skills, and responsible decision-making. Through guided play, the children benefit and boost their Emotional Intelligence.
